Refund Policy
Refund and return eligibility for silexform products depends on the item type, condition, and whether the item is ready to ship, handmade, customized, made to order, used, or final sale.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase. We will do our best to help before the order is prepared for shipment.
For handmade, customized, or made-to-order items, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible once preparation has started.

Eligible Returns
Eligible unused, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact [email protected] with your order number before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Items Not Eligible for Return
We generally do not accept returns for used, altered, damaged-by-customer, final-sale, customized, or made-to-order items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Items must be returned in a condition suitable for review and, when applicable, resale.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order details, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, store credit, or full refund at our discretion and as required by applicable law.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and reviewed, or once the order issue has been evaluated and approved for refund without return where applicable.
Please note that banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
For approved returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit back to us.
